Yasuno Yoshizawa is a bilingual (Japanese-English) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT#112040), and a Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC#19-154). After graduating from Musashino Art University in Tokyo Japan, Yasuno moved to the US where she earned her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with an emphasis in Art Therapy from Norte Dame de Namur university in San Francisco.
In her therapy session, Yasuno tailors her treatments to each individual, utilizing art therapy, psychodynamic therapy, humanistic/person-centered approach, play therapy, ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness.
